Tim Letsch, Vice President of Sales
Tim brings 20 years of outside sales experience including over 15 years in the staffing industry in the Racine and Kenosha market. He enjoys putting together pre-employment screening programs for companies and helping them create a workforce that increases. Tim has worked onsite at various companies in Racine, and he understands the dedication needed to help companies reach the next level in their human resource programs. Born and raised in Racine, he enjoys helping companies in his hometown and servicing them to the best of his ability.

Jodi Emmons, Branch Manager
Jodi has 10 years of experience in the staffing industry working as a staffing consultant and most recently as branch manager. She specializes in office services and professional staffing. Jodi is a Leadership Racine 2009 Alumni and is active in Corporate Volunteer Council of Racine, Society for Human Resource Management, Young Professionals of Racine, and is a RAMAC Ambassador. Jodi enjoys connecting great companies with great employees.

Juliana Garcia, Senior Staffing Consultant
Juliana came to Express right out of school and started as a front desk coordinator where her responsibilities included but were not limited to managing all applications, testing, and conducting interviews for prospective associates. In her seven years with Express, Juliana has advance to the position of senior staffing consultant and works closely with our customers to provide them with the best service possible. Her goal is to exceed their expectations. Juliana is also bilingual.

Nicole Klepel, Staffing Consultant
In her position as staffing consultant, Nicole strives to go above and beyond her customer's expectations. Nicole works closely with her clients to match up the skills and abilities of the associates that she recruits and interviews with their job openings. Prior to staffing, Nicole spent six years in college admissions and recruiting. Her degree in communications along with her strong recruiting and customer service skills help her to best service both clients and associates.

Brittany Howard, Front Office Coordinator
As the front office coordinator for Express, Brittany is responsible for screening résumés, setting up appointments and conducting initial interviews and pre-employment screenings. Brittany's friendly and professional demeanor along with her ability to learn new tasks quickly, have made her a valuable asset to our team.
